role purpose
part of the delivery office team that is the central engine of delivery across the transformation programme. Delivery office works with regions and business services to ensure seamless delivery and help remove bottlenecks.

main activities
liaise with cross functional stakeholders to ensure the programme adheres to standard guidelines agreed. Support delivery office covering benefits management, change control management. Ensure vigil on the golden source of information and take appropriate action to ratify that data remains accurate at all times. Collaborate with other enablers & teams i.e. Automation, it, hr, finance, operation transformation program office.

role purpose: the program and project services analyst (pmo) will perform several support/administration and analyst tasks to support efficient project execution within transformation by: supporting the delivery of best practice programme/project management tools and templates and assisting with simple, straightforward requests from priority and enterprise-wide programmes. Supporting the production of standard project & programme reporting, insights & achieving operational excellence.
