We're hiring | growth marketing manager — meta ads remote | full-time
we're looking for a growth marketing manager to own meta ads end-to-end for a fast-scaling d2c subscription ecommerce company. This is not a "maintain and report" role. This is a build, fix, and scale role.
what you'll own:
* full meta ads account restructure: cbo consolidation, audience cleanup, exclusion lists, and sustainable account architecture
* a structured creative testing framework with real pass/watch/kill thresholds
* blended roas optimization (floor: 2.0x → target: 2.5x) while scaling spend
* weekly performance reports that include actual analysis — not just numbers
* proactive flagging of anomalies, pacing issues, and attribution discrepancies
* post-click conversion diagnosis connecting ad data to landing page and checkout performance
you're the right fit if:
you impose order without being asked
you're analytical and action-oriented
you close the loop between data, creative, and spend you flag problems before leadership notices them
you communicate clearly without needing to be managed
must-haves:
3+ years managing meta ads at $10k+ weekly spend
deep understanding of cbo structure, audience segmentation, and lookalike builds experience with meta pixel & capi conversion tracking
ability to explain platform roas vs. blended roas
creative testing at scale (3+ assets/week) with a structured kill methodology
track record of turning around underperforming accounts
strong english communication for reporting and cross-team coordination
bonus points for:
google ads (search, pmax, shopping, youtube, demand gen)
tiktok ads
shopify, klaviyo, or recharge experience
google tag manager / server-side tagging
d2c subscription or ecommerce background
