Client collaborationwork closely with u.s. clients to understand job requirements, calibrate expectations, and share progress. Track & update your atsmaintain accurate and timely candidate data in the system. Ensure compliance and correct documentation. Recruitment strategydevelop sourcing strategies tailored to light-industrial positions and market conditions. Relationship buildingbuild trust with candidates and clients through clear communication and consistent follow-through. Core skills & qualifications experienceprevious experience in recruitment or talent sourcing (light-industrial recruitment preferred). Industry knowledgefamiliarity with warehouse, production, manufacturing, or labor roles and their requirements. Communication skillsstrong english communication (written & spoken). Excellent interviewing and rapport-building abilities. Tech-savvycomfortable using ats, job boards, sourcing tools, and platforms for remote collaboration. Self-managementability to work independently, meet deadlines, manage multiple reqs, and stay organized in a remote environment. Educationbachelor's in hr, business, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
