International logistics analyst
assists the importation of goods via maritime or land as a mode of transport. This includes managing purchase orders (pors), ensuring timely and accurate delivery to warehouses, and resolving import-related issues. Collaborates with shipping lines, carriers, customs brokers, and commercial partners, as well as analyzing freight costs, tracking shipments, and handling dispute resolutions for delays. Generates reports, oversees inventory transfers (trfs) & crossdock pos, and provides training for new team members to optimize logistics operations.
responsibilities.

* review of import documents; support the coordination and tracking of import purchase orders (pors); liaison with shipping lines or carriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to warehouses.
* analysis and resolution of issues related to imports.
* support the management and analysis of shipping line account statements, including dispute resolution for detention fees. (only maritime).
* coordination of inventory transfers (trfs).
* coordination of crossdock pos.
collaboration & reporting
* active participation in meetings with business partners, shipping lines, carriers, and customs brokers.
* carry out and present recoverable freight reports at month-end.
* coordination of sales orders (sors) with corresponding warehouses.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
* 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or related fields.
* fluency in english
* proficiency in microsoft excel (pivot tables) and dynamics 365 (d365)
