Role overview
customer success at canonical is a strategic department focused on reducing risk and churn, facilitating product adoption, and supporting expansion within existing accounts. Customer success managers (csms) build trust with customers and ensure they have the best experience navigating canonical's offerings, including ubuntu and other open source products.
Location
this role is remote and open worldwide.
Key responsibilities
support customers by resolving ticket requests.
Enhance documentation related to problem solving, onboarding, and faqs.
Lead campaigns through digital channels.
Identify high potential and high risk customers.
Onboard new customers and introduce products like ubuntu pro, maas, landscape, openstack, ceph, kubernetes, and data applications.
Collaborate with sales and support teams to develop engagement plans.
Engage with your customer portfolio to identify risks.
Gather and format customer feedback for product team review.
Candidate profile
experience in customer-facing roles.
Empathetic, with a passion for helping others.
Interest in technology, especially ubuntu and open source.
Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
Team player capable of cross-department collaboration.
Proficiency in additional languages (japanese, korean, spanish, portuguese, german, french, italian) is a plus.
