position summary statement
the payroll professional is a key role responsible for the assigned payroll countries (i.e., americas, emea, apac, latam) and systems support for herbalife. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, comprehensive knowledge of payroll, project management, accounting, tax, and ensuring proper and consistent payroll processing for the assigned countries. This role covers adp product offerings for these regions.

detailed responsibilities
* ensure accurate and timely preparation, input, and analysis of payroll data (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), meeting controls and compliance requirements.
* create standard and ad hoc reports using report writing tools to support payroll reporting needs.
* collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with local regulations.
* partner with accounting for payroll reconciliation and resolve general ledger discrepancies.
* adhere to internal policies and procedures regarding payroll operations.
* support troubleshooting and assist internal stakeholders and suppliers per business processes.
* promote continuous improvement and collaboration within the payroll team, aligning with herbalife’s mission and values.

qualifications
required qualifications: experience interacting with payroll teams across various locations and external payroll third parties.
skills/education/experience
* experience with payroll software, preferably adp (celergo, global view, etc.).
* knowledge of payroll regulations and reporting, including multi-state taxes.
* strong communication, interpersonal, and consensus-building skills.
* ability to work across departments and build relationships with stakeholders.
* efficiently manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* identify and mitigate operational risks through controls.
* effective presentation and communication skills.
* ability to multitask and work independently.
* strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
languages
* medium proficiency in oral and written english.
experience
* 3-5 years in payroll operations and systems, preferably with adp celergo.
* knowledge of payroll processing, tax filing, general ledger, and hr system integration.
* experience in payroll process design, metrics, project management, and change management.
* technical expertise in interface design and automation.
education
* degree in business, hr management, finance, or related field.
