the selected candidate will conduct a thorough review of existing organizational policies and procedures, benchmark them against industry standards and legal requirements, identify gaps, redundancies, and areas for improvement.
draft new policies and procedures to address existing gaps, update and refine existing policies to ensure clarity, relevance, and compliance.
engage with key stakeholders, including the leadership team, and process owners to gather input and feedback, facilitate workshops or meetings to discuss draft policies and incorporate feedback.
develop a detailed implementation plan, provide training (including training the trainers) and support staff in the new policies and procedures.
