we are currently looking for an administrative assistant to keep our operations running smoothly and provide high-level support to the ceo. This role is a critical part of our team, ensuring that everything from scheduling to office logistics is handled efficiently. you will:
executive & administrative support
* email management: prioritize, manage, and organize the ceo’s email inboxes, ensuring timely responses to critical communications.
* calendar management: manage and optimize the ceo’s calendar, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones while balancing priorities.
* personal administrative support: provide comprehensive support to the ceo, including personal errands and tasks, allowing them to focus on strategic decision-making.
* confidentiality maintenance: handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
office management
* handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
* assist hr and finance with expense tracking, invoices, and payroll coordination.
* work in tandem with the ceo to organize company-wide events, summits, retreats, and other key gatherings, ensuring they align with leadership’s strategic and team-building objectives.
you have/can:
* 1+ years of experience in executive assistance, administrative support, office management, or operations.
* strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* a proactive attitude—you anticipate needs before they arise.
* strong written and verbal communication skills.
* work with a creative, fast-moving team in the ecommerce and dtc industry.

compensation:
$16,000–$18,000 mxn, depending on experience + benefits.
