key responsibilities:
1. change management:
* lead change advisory board (cab) meetings to ensure alignment with organizational policies.
* develop and maintain change management processes to meet business needs.
* oversight of change lifecycle from request through implementation and closure.
* monitor change success rates, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
2. problem management:
* develop problem management process focusing on identifying root causes of it incidents.
* collaborate with technical teams to investigate problem resolutions and ensure timely closure.
* track problem resolutions to prevent recurrence and implement preventative measures.
* monitor problem success and insights to refine the problem management process.
essential qualifications:
* engineering degree or relevant work experience.
preferred skills:
* proven experience in change, release, and problem management.
* familiarity with itil framework and agile methodologies.
* open to adopting new technologies and process improvements.
