as manager of raw & pack you will have the opportunity to become a key player in the creation of products that create happiness in our consumers by ensuring the execution of the purchasing activities of raw material and packaging for the region, aligned with the group's standards.

*main responsibilities*:
your role will be important in the decision making of the regional purchasing manager by ensuring that your team of buyers follow the negotiations with the suppliers of technical purchases.
in collaboration with the region management, it will define the annual budget and the planning of the projects according to the global guidelines
joining the team in this role, you will manage the purchasing process from the implementation of purchasing policies, evaluation of suppliers and creation of purchase orders.
we count on you to explore new providers according to the guidelines.
management advisor supervising the negotiation with the suppliers of the requested items, ensuring the internal processes and the ferrero code of business conduct.
you will ensure the availability of the product with the agreed service and quality levels, monitoring the supplier's performance.
responsible for evaluating and communicating supplier performance for management decision making
*who are we looking for?

min bachelor's degree
minimum experience of 4 years in similar roles.
fluency in english is mandatory.
knowledge of the local and global supplier market, price agreements and related procedures.
knowledge of the main manufacturing processes.
experience in managing purchasing processes for packaging and materials.
sap management
proactive, responsible, results-oriented and with strong strategic and negotiation skills.
