job duties & responsibilities
* manage relationships with internal & external customers.

* pricing quotation local and us.
* inventory availability (local and us).
* invoicing parts.
* follow-up with orders credit status.
* order proofing.
* entering factory shipments.
* process customer quotes & orders shipping from the us for customers located in mexico and central america.
* respond to customer inquiries regarding parts needed for equipment via phone and email.
* process customs invoicing.
* respond to inquiries from salesforce pertaining to parts.
* quote inventory out of warehouses.
* mexico customer transfer orders (not warehouse fulfillment transfers).
* other duties as required.
