Position Overview:
The Senior Brand Manager for Air Conditioning will be responsible for leading the brand strategy, positioning, and long-term vision for the air conditioning product portfolio. This role focuses on building brand equity, strengthening market presence, and driving consumer preference through data-driven marketing initiatives, impactful communication strategies, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Market Positioning
- Define and execute the long-term brand strategy for the Air Conditioning category, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to strengthen brand positioning and identify new opportunities.
- Lead the development of brand value propositions, messaging frameworks, and visual identity guidelines.
2. Marketing Planning & Campaign Development
- Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and traditional channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to ensure consistent and engaging communication that enhances brand recognition.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize initiatives to maximize ROI and brand impact.
3. Product & Portfolio Alignment
- Partner with Product Management to ensure brand strategies are aligned with product roadmaps, innovations, and market launches.
- Support go-to-market plans by developing communication strategies, launch materials, and promotional content.
- Ensure cohesive storytelling across the entire product portfolio.
4. Market Insight & Consumer Engagement
- Conduct market and consumer research to understand behavior, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and enhance brand loyalty.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, tracking awareness, preference, and market share.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Sales, Product Management, R&D;, and Trade Marketing to ensure consistent execution of brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with channel partners, distributors, and agencies to maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints.
- Align internal stakeholders on brand priorities, campaign direction, and strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in brand management, ideally within the white goods, consumer electronics, or HVAC industries.
- Proven experience leading brand strategies, integrated campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and consumer data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Fluent in English; strong writing and communication skills required.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to brand development and customer engagement.
