Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Lead FP&A; Analyst to join the Controls finance team, supporting core financial planning and analysis activities with a strong focus on Cash and FPC.
This individual will play a key role in driving insights across monthly and quarterly close, forecast cycles, budget planning, and strategic decision-making.
The adecuado candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision and ownership matter.Job DescriptionCash & FPC ManagementOwn forecasting and reporting of Cash and FPC for all major cycles (monthly, quarterly, budget, long-range planning).
Perform deep-dive variance analyses to explain actuals vs forecast.Partner with operations, commercial, and AR/AP teams to improve cash visibility and predictability.FP&A; Cycles SupportLead preparations for monthly close, early reads, and quarter close in partnership with functional and business stakeholders.Consolidate inputs, highlight risks and opportunities, and help drive alignment during forecast reviews.Support the development and tracking of KPIs related to cash performance and working capital.Budget & Strategic PlanningAssist in preparing the annual budget and long-range strategic plan.Build and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and strategic decision-making.Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Commercial, Operations, AR/AP) to gather inputs and challenge assumptions.Help prepare presentations and dashboards for leadership reviews, including CEO/CFO visibility decks.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline financial reporting processes and enhance data accuracy.Assist in standardizing tools and templates for forecasting and analysis.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is an added advantage).
Progressive FP&A; or financial analysis experience, ideally in an industrial, energy, or technology environment.Expert user of SAP with proven experience extracting, structuring, and analyzing large data sets.Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills; ability to design reporting dashboards.Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, synthesize insights, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.Full English proficiency.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No
