the integrated designer will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually engaging design work across print, out-of-home (ooh), digital, and video formats. Reporting to the senior studio manager and working closely with project / traffic management and production teams, you will bring concepts to life and ensure brand consistency across a wide range of deliverables. This role requires both conceptual design thinking and excellent technical execution skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across traditional and digital channels.
key responsibilities
* design and produce creative artwork for integrated campaigns including ooh, print, digital, social media.
* develop high-quality layouts and visuals that align with client brand guidelines and creative briefs.
* collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and project managers to deliver effective multi-channel campaigns.
* adapt creative concepts into various formats for both print and digital applications.
* ensure accuracy and readiness of files for print production, working closely with suppliers and vendors when needed.
* deliver optimized assets for digital platforms including websites, paid media, and social channels.
* stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.
* manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines.
qualifications
* 5+ years of design experience within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency environment.
* strong portfolio showcasing integrated design work across print, ooh and digital.
* proficiency in adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign, after effects, premiere pro).
* experience designing for both print (brochures, ooh, pos, collateral) and digital (web banners, social assets, video edits).
* strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
* ability to prepare artwork for print production with a solid knowledge of pre‑press processes.
* highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
* excellent communication skills
