summary
teleperformance is seeking a dedicated and experienced workday configuration specialist – pay and time. This role will be responsible for the implementation and configuration of workday pay and time solutions, reporting and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workday configuration, leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project management. This position will be part of the digital employee experience team and report to the functional product owner of pay and time modules.
key responsibilities
· configure and customise workday pay and time modules to meet business requirements.
· work directly with a diverse set of business users on documenting business and functional requirements and developing solutions within adaptive.
· in partnership with various leaders, coordinate the implementation of integrations bringing data into wd from a variety of enterprise systems
· conduct testing and validation of the build to ensure accuracy and functionality.
· provide ongoing support and maintenance of configured solutions.
education
· · bachelor's degree
· workday certification in pay and time a plus
experience
· 2+ years of experience supporting workday
· strong understanding of pay and time modules
· proficiency in understanding payroll, time and attendance modules
· experience gathering requirements from diverse users and developing high-quality solutions to meet business needs
· knowledge of the agile methodology and the jira tool
· proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities
· strong analytical mindset and the ability to think critically and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
· experience with cross-functional team management and vendor partnerships.
note: the role will be expected to work european time zone (central europe) as standard, but may be required to change time zones occasionally as projects dictate. Fluency in english (written and verbal) is essential.
