* manage and record personnel incidents, hiring, termination, and employee movements for various government entities and internal systems.
* administer benefits, including food vouchers, gasoline, and commissions.
* calculate and disperse payrolls, including special processes and bonuses.
* manage staffing agencies and trainings aligned with business needs and corporate guidelines.
* support internal communication, organizational culture, and employer branding initiatives.
* prepare payroll-related reports and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
* bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, or related field.
* +5 years' of experience working in personnel administration, recruitment, training, labor relations, and payroll.
* sap hr skills.
* proficiency in working with hr metrics and executive reporting.
* strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* intermediate/advanced proficiency in english.
