In this full-time role, you'll create 12–16 high-click-through-rate thumbnails monthly and maintain consistent visual alignment across multiple 7-figure client channels. Ideal candidates have over 2 years of graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, and a c1 level of english. You must be detail-oriented with a strong grasp of color psychology and youtube dynamics.
