Operational leadership opportunity
the role of senior regional director of operations is a key position in our organization, responsible for leading and managing hotel operations across multiple locations.
this individual will be accountable for ensuring operational excellence, fostering a culture of guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, and owner satisfaction. They will also oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and capex management.
key responsibilities include:
* providing multi-unit leadership to drive business results and optimize performance.
* oversight of all financial aspects of each hotel, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing management teams.
qualifications for this role include:
* residency in mexico city.
* ability to travel extensively.
* fluency in english and spanish (oral and written).
* previous experience as a regional director of operations or in multi-unit leadership roles.
* preferred experience in the hospitality industry, specifically with marriott/ihg and/or hilton.
* strong interpersonal and communication skills, including coaching, mentoring, feedback, and training.
