Responsibilities
- Maintain essential IT operations including Marketplace Portal, Customer Pricing Tool (CPT) and DIMS requests.
- Process CPT requests to add, edit and remove SKUs from client portals.
- Analyze client requests for portal customizations, coordinate with CLP Developers when necessary to determine whether requests are viable, and work on next steps.
- Provide portal demos for potential new clients, catered to each client’s needs.
- Coordinate with B2B integration project stakeholders to ensure correct catalog feeds are available.
- Perform portal administration tasks, including user/user group/security group administration, permissions, policies, and research event errors.
- Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the company.
- Coordinate to resolve business-critical portal-related issues.
- Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights.
- Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements.
- Provide insights on requirements for new marketplace tool development and implementation.
