The Deputy Finance Manager / Head of Finance leads the companys financial function, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role is responsible for accounting, budgeting, cost control, tax compliance, and financial reporting, providing insights and strategic recommendations to support business decisions. Experience in the automotive or plastic injection molding industry is required.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Finance Department, implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Develop and monitor the companys annual budgets and financial plans, analyzing deviations and performance.

Supervise cost accounting, especially for injection molding materials, labor, and tooling.

Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, and audit operations, ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations.

Manage ERP financial modules (SAP preferred) and coordinate with SAT, IMSS, customs, banks, and external auditors.
Requirements

Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

5+ years of financial management experience in manufacturing,2 years in automotive or injection molding is a plus.

Strong knowledge of Mexican tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance procedures.

Proficient in cost accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred).

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
