We are looking for a full-time recruitment coordinator for a company located in the united states in the health care industry. This person must be proactive, reliable, highly organized and with an outstanding english level.
Job responsabilities:
- assist recruiters in sourcing and developing a recruitment strategy.
- prepare recruitment materials and post jobs through different channels.
- assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- assiting with onboarding and training.
What we are looking for:
- bachelor's degree in human resources, administration, psychology or related field.
- advanced english level both written and spoken.
- at least one year of proven experience in a recruitment roll.
- experience doing recruitment for staff in the medical field is a plus.
What we offer:
- gross salary of $20,000 to $25,000 pesos a month. depending on experience and aptitudes.
- home office bonus of $800 pesos a month.
