? Responsibilities

support food preparation following menus, recipes, and company standards
cook and plate dishes according to assigned section (cold, hot, bakery, pastry, grill, etc.)
maintain cleanliness and organization in workstations

assist with inventory, food rotation, and temperature checks
wash, sanitize, and maintain galley equipment (for utility galley)
work efficiently during busy service periods

minimum 1–2 years of recent culinary experience

? Strong work ethic, punctuality, and discipline
