main responsibilities:
* maintaining the cycle count process according to standard work procedures, including part selection, count methods, reconciliation with perpetual records, root cause analysis for errors, and process changes to achieve 98%+ inventory accuracy.
* responding to on-demand cycle count requests generated by plant operations in a timely manner.
* actively participating in cross-functional teams focused on improving inventory flow and accuracy through lean manufacturing initiatives.
* pursuing excellence in materials management processes by continually seeking improvements in cycle counting, kanban, and audits.
* resolving process issues efficiently by collaborating with relevant departments.
* utilizing mrp system tools to develop reports that enable materials management personnel to monitor, control, and reduce inventory effectively.
