This leader partners closely with senior stakeholders to align hr initiatives with organizational goals, foster a high-performance culture, and champion employee engagement, development, and retention.responsibilities:serve as a strategic hr advisor and trusted coach to business leaders, offering expert guidance on performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.design and implement hr policies and programs that enhance employee experience, engagement, and productivity across business units or regions.leverage hr analytics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and deliver data-driven insights that inform executive decision-making.collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize and execute hr initiatives that support long-term organizational objectives.lead and develop a team of hr professionals, promoting cross-functional collaboration with centers of excellence and positioning hr as a strategic business partner.drive change management efforts by developing and deploying effective strategies and tools to support the rollout of hr programs and organizational transformations.educational requirements:bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.fluent englishworking knowledge in mexican labor lawsworking knowledge in collaborating and negotiating with unionsskillsbusiness acumendeep understanding of business operations, financial principles, and strategic planning.ability to translate business needs into hr strategies and solutions.decision making & critical thinkingproficient in analyzing complex situations, evaluating alternatives, and making sound decisions.skill in applying structured decision-making frameworks and consulting with stakeholders.influencing & communicationexceptional ability to influence across all levels of the organization.adept at presenting compelling business cases and fostering alignment.leadershipdemonstrates authentic leadership, emotional intelligence, and the ability to inspire teams.apply situational leadership styles to drive performance and engagement.hr consultingexpert in advising leaders on hr strategy, compliance, and employee relations.manages multiple hr projects and consulting engagements with agility and impact.talent managementdesigns and leads talent development programs, succession planning, and workforce planning.coaches’ leaders on identifying and nurturing high-potential talent.top candidates also have:master´s degree in labor employeesmbaexpert in compensation & benefitsexpert in organizational designadditional information:location: nuevo laredo, tamaulipas facilitythis position will require travelling 15% working time (domestic and international).valid travel visa and passportsponsorship for foreign candidates aren´t availabledomestic relocation assistance is available for this position.don’t forget to attach you resume in english.final detailsplease frequently check the email associated with your application, including the junk/spam folder, as this is the primary correspondence method.
