Associate Account Executive
About the role
We are looking for a results-driven Associate Account Executive with a strong hunter mindset and proven experience managing the full sales cycle. This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment, where prospecting and closing are key to success.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, discovery calls, solution presentations, proposals, and closing.
* Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new business opportunities.
* Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into customers.
* Execute short sales cycles with a focus on speed and efficiency.
* Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional sales experience.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales with full-cycle ownership.
* Strong background in cold calling, outbound prospecting, discovery, and closing.
* Previous experience in inside sales roles or comparable positions.
* Ability to perform in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
* Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
* Strong pipeline generation and deal-closing skills.
