You'll collaborate closely with engineering managers (ems), product managers (pms), customer success (cs), technical customer support (tcs), and internal business users to ensure the right technical decisions are made and executed effectively. You'll be responsible for ensuring scalable, sustainable solutions that align with reap's architectural standards and long-term goals. While not a people manager, you'll drive clarity, unblock engineering problems, and guide systems design.responsibilities:drive engineering initiatives within your assigned product domain while coordinating with other teams to ensure alignmentdefine and review technical slas and incident response plans that are actionable and tailored to service ownershipchampion best practices in architecture, scalability, observability, security, and maintainabilitypartner with ems to shape and execute technical health roadmaps, including tech debt remediation and infrastructure modernizationreview solutions, lead technical discovery for complex projects, and mentor engineers across the teamdevelop deep business and technical domain expertise and ensure architectural decisions balance product context with scalability needsto be successful you will need to have:experience: minimum of 10+ years of experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade systems with 3+ years in solution architect or engineering manager roletechnical proficiency: strong knowledge in scalable and self-healing software application design, api design, and design patterns.
