**Our Exciting Opportunity**
We are now looking for a Security Operational Manager to be responsible for security support, advice and risk management within a defined operational scope at our Tlaxcala production facility. Establish and execute unit security plans for the unit of responsibility to support the implementation of Ericsson’s Security policies and directives. Establish and manage local / unit governance structures to deal with crisis and security incidents. Provide a single point of contact for employees and managers within the unit of responsibility for security issues and incidents
**You will**
- Facilitate execution of and follow-up on physical and information security strategy, policies & instructions, governance model and frameworks
- Support local implementation and maintenance of the Business Continuity and Information Security Management System in accordance with Ericsson guidelines and ISO standards.
- Be responsible for crisis management activities and be the driver of the local crisis management team.
- Support security related assessments and audits with focus on physical security and risk management
- Maintain close contact with business operations, project managers and stakeholders and be the trusted go to person for any security related matters
- Provide investigative support during incidents and investigations in coordination with Market Area Security
- Facilitate and participate in knowledge sharing and assess best practices for applicability in the organization
**To be successful in the role you must have**
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in a related field
- Ericsson knowledge and security/production facility experience
- Fluency in English as well as Spanish language in speaking, reading and writing.
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, Privacy, Risk Management, Information-, Personnel-, Physical security, Business Continuity and Crisis Management
- Experience of audit & assessments in the physical, safety and insurance related fields
- Decision making skills and an analytical/problem solving mindset
- Local laws and regulations knowledge
