about the opportunity
the billing analyst of the services team will be responsible for performing the day-to-day responsibilities of the billing & collections team, with the overarching objective of ensuring our members’ invoices are financially accurate and paid in a timely manner.
responsibilities
* responsible for performing billing & collections for multiple wework locations in mexico
* must be well-organized in tracking details on members, and able to work independently; using internal software to apply discounts, edit invoices, answering billing tickets
* able to communicate effectively via email and phone with members and cm team; dynamic candidate who can pick up tasks and learn internal system quickly
* coordinating w/ treasury on member refunds, and payment receipts
* pushing urgent payment collections from members
* ability to review legal contracts, invoices and payments on accounts and exercise sound judgement in resolving billing discrepancies w/ members
* coordinating w/ community teams, and helping on home tax related requirements
about you
* bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration.
* proficient in english.
* 1-2 years of experience in billing & accounts.
* demonstrate ability to prioritize and lead critical situations.
* proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals.
* excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
