T&e analyst
our organization is seeking an experienced t&e analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in expense management and a keen eye for detail.
key responsibilities:
* review travel expense reports from hsbc (mexico) and jp morgan (usa) credit card programs to ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
* manage forms and approvals for credit card issuance and out-of-pocket reimbursements, streamlining the process to enhance efficiency.
* configure portals for new cards, reporting structures, and password resets to improve employee experience.
* process and review weekly reimbursements and cash advances in mexico and usa, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
* prepare monthly reports, including flight travel, late transactions, active cardholders, and bi-weekly claims reports, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
* prepare monthly payment information for banamex credit card, facilitating seamless transactions.
* post journal entries for hsbc credit card expenses in the gl module, maintaining accurate financial records.
* reconcile t&e gl accounts and travel expenses stamped on payroll, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
* prepare monthly cfdi traslado supporting activities for accounts receivable, enhancing revenue collection.
* provide training and day-to-day guidance to employees on card usage, promoting responsible financial practices.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, emphasizing analytical skills and attention to detail.
* 2-3 years of experience in accounting or expense management, with a proven track record of success.
* advanced english proficiency, enabling effective communication across departments.
* strong data analysis skills, applying statistical methods to drive business decisions.
* ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
