The Administrator will be responsible for cloud administration, system troubleshooting, system administration, infrastructure management, and network security tasks on a day-to-day basis.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration (Primary – ~80%):Administer, configure, and maintain DSI Cloud Inventory platform.Manage user roles, access, licenses, and security policies.Monitor system health, performance, and connectivity with ERP.Apply upgrades, patches, and ensure platform compliance.Maintain system backups, audit logs, and disaster recovery procedures.Troubleshoot technical/system issues and coordinate with DSI support when required.Manage environments (Dev/Test/Prod) and deployment activities.Application / ERP Exposure (Secondary – ~20%):Support ERP (Infor, Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, or MS Dynamics) integration with DSI Cloud Inventory.Understand workflows between ERP and DSI Cloud Inventory (Inventory, WMS, Supply Chain).
Provide first-level functional support for users on DSI mobile apps/workflows.Assist ERP functional/technical teams during upgrades or integration changes.Participate in testing and validation of ERP–DSI Cloud Inventory processes.Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.3–6 years of administration experience with DSI Cloud Inventory (or similar inventory/WMS platforms).
Strong knowledge of system administration in cloud/SaaS environments.Familiarity with ERP systems (JD Edwards, Infor LN/M3, Oracle, SAP, or Dynamics).
Understanding of integration methods (APIs, middleware, EDI).
Basic database/query knowledge (SQL/Oracle).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
