*responsibilities*:
- make *outbound* calls to follow up on customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information as needed
- identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
- maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services
- adhere to all company policies and procedures
*qualifications*:
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work well in a team environment
we have different schedules am-pm and graveyard shifts
