ResponsibilitiesWe have an immediate opening for a self-motivated team player with the experience and skills to provide marketing coordination and management for the fast-paced group of consulting engineers in our Structures Group.
In addition to the qualifications listed below, this individual will possess a strong "can-do" service attitude.In this position, the qualified individual will require an intentional focus on:Use of Adobe InDesign to develop and coordinate materials for proposals, qualifications packages, and brochures, including subconsultant materialsOccasional design of custom graphics for proposal, qualification packages, presentations, leave-behind collateral, and advertisements which complement standard template and brand standardsResearch and technical writing to enhance our existing literature and develop new collateralCoordination with business development leadership in strategic development of marketing collateralUpdate and maintain marketing collateral and database.In addition, the qualified individual will also be responsible for:Project and client database managementIndustry research, data gathering, and reportingSupport of business development team and positioning activitiesOccasionally attend industry related organization functions and eventsOccasionally assist with development and management of strategic local business development planAdditional related tasks as assignedQualificationsBA/BS degree with concentration in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism or Communications highly preferred.Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) at proficiency level C5-7 minimum prior years of experience.
1 – 3 years of experience in an AEC services firm preferred.Experience as a proposal/marketing coordinator in a professional services firm (i.e. construction, architecture, engineering or commercial real estate organization) preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills required.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite.
