• lead hr strategy, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• drive employee engagement and organizational culture
• oversee training, development, and performance management

• partner with leadership to support business objectives
ideal profile:
• previous experience in a senior hr leadership role within hospitality
• strong knowledge of hr processes and labor regulations
• proven ability to lead culture and engagement initiatives
