we are looking for a client delivery executive focused on mexico for the end-to-end delivery of services, ensuring performance, compliance, and client satisfaction across all national engagements.
key responsibilities
1. oversee and coordinate it service delivery across all operations in mexico, ensuring alignment with regional standards while addressing local business needs.
2. manage the full contract lifecycle within the mexican market, including slas, governance, financial performance, and service quality.
3. build strong, trust-based relationships with mexico-based senior stakeholders, acting as their primary strategic partner in technology delivery.
4. lead execution of it services in areas such as field services, service desk, infrastructure, and project delivery at a country-wide level.
5. identify and address local risks, operational bottlenecks, and resource needs with speed and accuracy.
6. champion continuous improvement initiatives tailored to the mexican operational environment, ensuring compliance with local regulations and business practices.
7. work closely with regional leadership to ensure the mexican operation delivers in harmony with broader strategic goals.
you will be successful in this role if you have:
8. 7+ years in it service delivery, account leadership, or client management roles.
9. strong experience managing country-level or large-scale national it operations.
10. proven track record delivering services in one or more of the following:
field services & onsite support
it project management
service desk / end-user support
infrastructure & networking services
database administration
11. demonstrated ability to implement governance frameworks and drive financial and operational discipline at scale.
12. experience collaborating with or reporting into regional/global teams (highly valuable).
13. strong knowledge of itil and agile methodologies.
14. engineering degree required; master’s preferred.
15. fluent in spanish with strong english proficiency.
16. based in monterrey with availability to be onsite 3 days per week. (relocation support not available.)
