Financial manager position
we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects and activities within the department.
the ideal candidate will have a university degree in accounting or finance, with 3-5 years of experience in a related position. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Attention to detail, strategic and analytical skills, and a high level of integrity and transparency are also essential.

* excellent understanding of month-end process including, but not limited to, preparation of financial statements, accruals and journal entries, maintain reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts in established corporate formats and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
* assist in the preparation of all budgets and forecasts.
* monitor and control expenses of the hotel paying special attention to the daily reporting done by the auditor of the hotel and addressing issues that not only have material effect, but also effect the guest experience.
