we are looking for a quality engineer with strong experience in electronic manufacturing processes, problem‐solving, continuous improvement, and customer support.
key responsibilities
* ensure quality performance across smt, aoi, spi, and electronic assembly processes.
* lead root‐cause analysis and corrective actions (8d, 5why, ishikawa).
* manage and resolve customer quality issues, ensuring clear, professional communication.
* reduce scrap and optimize processes using lean and six sigma methodologies.
* maintain kpis, support audits, and ensure compliance with standards (ipc, iso, iatf — as applicable).
requirements
* bachelor's degree in electronics, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or related field.
* proven experience in smt and electronic defect troubleshooting.
* strong knowledge of quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
* ability to work directly with customers and cross‐functional teams.
* intermediate–advanced english (preferred).
