Kion group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented system administrator to support our contract lifecycle management (clm) applications within global it. This role will be responsible for maintaining the clm platform and ecosystem, supporting business users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability and performance in a global environmentwe offer:key responsibilities:administer, configure, and maintain the suite of clm applications across the organization (for example, icertis, clientpoint).act as the primary point of contact for all clm-related issues and support requests.manage user roles, permissions, and data access in compliance/alignment with kion group it standards and data security governance.monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues or improvements.work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement functional changes or enhancements.serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, it, and the vendor support team.create and maintain system documentation, including configuration changes and user guides.member of the change control board.tasks and qualifications:required qualifications and skills:bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field.3–5 years of experience in it systems administration or enterprise application support.understanding of contract lifecycle management processes along with compliance and regulatory frameworks related to contracts and procurement.experience in a global team setting, adapting to diverse work styles and fast-paced corporate environment to drive international collaboration and project success.proficient in system configuration, user management, and troubleshooting.excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.flexibility when managing schedules, tasks, content, and requirements.strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.proficiency in english (written and spoken) is required
