dnv – business assurance group is seeking a technical reviewer to join our global accreditation unit.
the areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
1. ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the quality requirements of the activity, the instructions of the line manager, and the procedures governing the activity.
2. perform technical reviews for the assigned schemes.
3. report back and revert non-compliances to local units including escalation when needed.
4. review reports and verify conformance with relevant icps/ops.
5. work with dnv local units to respond to corrective actions from external witness or office audits.
6. manage gth’s sharepoint guidance, forms, and template documents to ensure they are updated with the latest changes and corrective actions.
7. provide assistance and guidance to existing and prospective internal clients (local units), including issue resolution and interpretation of standards and requirements.
8. ensure that the independent nature of the msc scheme is never compromised.
9. other duties as assigned by management.

* bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or 4+ years of administrative experience
* excellent customer service skills
* iatf qualified lead auditor
* knowledge of microsoft office products and adobe acrobat
