What You’ll Do
- Campaign Management: day-to-day management of Programmatic clients, including campaign builds, optimization, and reporting across all Programmatic Channels (Display, Native, Video, Audio, etc.).
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive media strategies that align with client objectives.
- Data Integration: Leverage first‑party and third‑party data for precise audience targeting and segmentation.
- Planning and Setup: Develop and implement programmatic campaigns across DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and others.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve performance and pacing goals.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze performance reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve issues related to campaign performance and delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Cross‑functional coordination with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance and strategy adjustments; present campaign plans and performance reports to clients.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies (bonus B2B experience).
- Hands-on expertise in media buying: building and optimizing campaigns in DSPs, with a preference for The Trade Desk (TTD) and DV360.
- Proven track record in programmatic media planning, buying, and building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success.
- Strong understanding of how programmatic and other channels (paid and organic) work together to surpass client KPIs.
- Experience driving programmatic growth across clients in the B2B/SaaS landscape with budgets over $50k/month.
- Strong cross‑collaboration skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (client-facing).
- Solid analytical ability, attention to detail, and a results‑oriented mindset, capable of balancing multiple projects.

Work Environment
As a remote-first company, you’ll have the ability to work from your home office. Some roles may be eligible for integral opportunities where we have established operations, including Canada, Mexico, and the UK. For global locations, you must have current work authorization and reside in the country.
This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate via Zoom and Slack. You will use a laptop (PC or Mac), software platforms, and other office tools as needed. You must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, interpret written and/or verbal communication, have reliable internet access, and maintain a professional background.
