Responsibilities assist in managing loan conditions and follow‑ups post lender submission translate and explain conditions clearly to borrowers collect, organize, and review borrower documents communicate with underwritters, account managers, and aes to resolve documentation needs maintain accuracy across los platforms, lender portals, and broker systems track milestones (submission, ptd, ctc, funding) and elevate issues as needed keep arive and internal trackers updated report status to loan officer and maintain organized records manage loan officer’s calendar, prepare documents, and follow up with leads communicate proactively with borrowers, lenders, title, and agents provide operational support during loan officer’s absence do 3rd party order outs such as voes, title, appraisal orders and more.
