We are seeking a skilled model-based developer with strong expertise in matlab/simulink and hardware-in-the-loop (hil) simulation.the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, simulating, and validating control algorithms and system models for advanced automotive applications.key responsibilitiesdevelop and maintain system and control models using matlab/simulinkdesign, simulate, and validate algorithms for automotive applicationsperform model-based design (mbd) and support auto-code generationintegrate models with hil systems for real-time testing and validationwork with dspace or similar platforms for hil simulationcreate test cases and validate models against system requirementscollaborate with software, hardware, and system teams for integrationdebug and optimize models for performance and accuracyensure compliance with automotive standards and development processesrequired qualificationsbachelor's or master's degree in electronics, electrical, automotive engineering, or related field3–7 years of experience in model-based developmentstrong hands-on experience withmatlabandsimulinkexperience withhil simulation and testinggood understanding of control systems and system modelingexperience with auto-code generation (embedded coder)knowledge of automotive communication protocols (can, lin, ethernet)preferred skillsexperience with dspace, vector tools (canoe/canalyzer), or similar platformsfamiliarity with stateflow and model-based testingknowledge of autosar architectureexposure to domains like powertrain, adas, or infotainmentunderstanding of functional safety (iso *)key competenciesstrong analytical and problem-solving skillsattention to detail and quality-focused mindsetgood communication and collaboration skillsability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
