Role: senior business development representative (us market)⏰ working schedule: full-time role, monday to friday, with availability to travel regularly to the united states (approximately a week per month). Location: mexico about vinttivintti connects top latin american talent with leading companies in the us and canada. About the rolewe are looking for a highly driven and personable professional to lead demand generation efforts in the us market.in this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging target accounts, scheduling and attending in-person meetings across the us, and converting those interactions into qualified sales opportunities (sqls). You will act as the face of vintti, playing a key role in building trust with prospects and driving business growth. Key responsibilitiesprospect target accounts within our icp using tools like linkedin sales navigator.schedule and coordinate 3–4 in-person meetings per day while in the us.travel to the us once per month (1 week) to conduct face-to-face meetings.build strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients.join intro calls and ensure a smooth handoff to the account executive.conduct post-meeting follow-ups to drive conversion to the next stage.deliver a personalized, high-quality experience to every prospect.keep hubspot updated with accurate pipeline, activity, and lead information.✅ main requirements+3 years of experience in sales roles (ideally as an account executive, bdm or senior bdr)bilingual english (written and spoken)strong communication and interpersonal skillshighly proactive, autonomous, and results-driven mindsetexperience in outbound prospecting, market expansion and/or demand generationavailability to travel to the us on a monthly basis (visa up to date) nice to haveb2b sales experienceexperience with in-person or field salesbackground in startups or high-growth environmentsexperience in recruiting or staffing servicesexperience working with international markets (especially the us) what we expect from yougenerate approximately 10 sqls per monthly tripmaintain strong conversion rates from meetings to qualified opportunitiesrepresent vintti with professionalism, warmth, and a human approachtake full ownership of your pipeline and resultsbring energy, curiosity, and a strong drive to exceed targets
