Job Description
* Analyze and monitor existing processes to propose and implement improvements
* Follow up performance indicators of continuous improvement actions either in the product or in processes.
* Monitoring the behavior of the different product-process trends in their critical parameters (SPC), as well as being responsible for analyzing them and proposing changes and adjustments if necessary.
* Identify and implement the potential for technical optimization of production processes in terms of quality, efficiency and capacity ( process parameters such as extrusion speed, vulcanization time, cutting speed, etc.) in accordance with standards.
* Participates in the analysis and solution of problems to reduce waste.
Qualifications
* Experience on rubber and plastics tooling is highly desired, processing and production equipment is required.
* Experience on product and process industrialization related technologies, systems, infrastructures, standards and processes
* Product knowledge (functionalities and applications)
* Quality management (including quality policies, systems and processes)
* Problem solving and decision making tools and techniques
* Lean production/CBS principles, methods and tools
* Management skills, tools and techniques ( balanced scorecard, benchmarking)
* Human relations skills (team skills, conflict management, open-mindedness, networking, moderation and negotiation)
* Project management skills, tools and techniques
* Advanced level of english is required.
