About the role:
this is a hybrid position that blends administrative support with digital marketing. You'll spend part of your time managing orders, customer communication, and data entry, and the other part supporting marketing campaigns through social media, website updates, and seo projects. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and likes switching between structured admin tasks and creative marketing initiatives.
salary: $900 - $1,100 usd (monthly)
roles and responsibilities:
administrative
* process wholesale orders (faire, airgoods, cym, and direct retailers): send packing slips, update tracking, and create invoices in quickbooks.
* keep product catalogs and retailer info (stockist) accurate and up to date.prepare daily shipping reports and share end-of-day updates.
* manage sample requests: log them in the warehouse portal, coordinate shipping, and follow up with stores after delivery.
* respond to customer questions via email/shopify and handle order changes (address updates, product adjustments, etc.).
* support outbound sales by researching potential retailers, sending sample offers, and following up on leads.
* assist with data entry, reporting, and general paperwork to keep operations running smoothly.
marketing
* support digital marketing campaigns for cts and partner companies (rs, sungate, bmg).
* create and schedule engaging social media posts; brainstorm new content ideas.
* design simple graphics in canva and build customer email campaigns in klaviyo.
* update websites and blogs (wordpress, shopify), including new product launches and copy edits.
* contribute to seo efforts, online ads, and monitor campaign performance with google analytics and meta ads manager.
* prepare marketing reports on social engagement, campaign results, and website traffic.
* collaborate with remote team members and vendors to deliver marketing assets on time.
* pitch in with creative ideas for growing brand awareness and improving customer experience.
skills:
* strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* proficiency in google workspace/microsoft office.
* experience with quickbooks for invoicing and reconciliations.
* excellent written communication and professional customer service skills.
* knowledge of digital marketing strategies (seo, social media, content, email campaigns).
* experience with canva, klaviyo, wordpress, shopify, mailchimp, and hootsuite.
* exposure to analytics and ad platforms (google analytics, google ads, meta ads manager).
* ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.

qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in digital media, digital marketing, or related field preferred.
* 1-3 years of experience in administrative or digital marketing support roles
* experience in industrial, b2b services, or similar is a plus.
* advanced english (written and spoken) required.
* high-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
* windows 10/11 or mac ( 4 gb ram, intel i5 or similar)
schedule: monday to friday - 9:00 am – 6:00 pm est (1hr lunch)
