At jaropamex, part of piston group, we are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven regional operations director to lead and optimize operations across multiple sites. This executive role is key to ensuring operational excellence, accelerating business growth, and aligning regional performance with corporate objectives.
key responsibilities:
* develop and execute regional operational strategies to achieve business goals and maximize performance
* oversee multi-site operations, ensuring consistency in standards, processes, and results
* analyze financial, operational, and customer satisfaction metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
* lead, coach, and develop site leaders, fostering a high-performance and accountability-driven culture
* partner with cross-functional teams to successfully implement company initiatives and strategic projects
* ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry standards
* manage regional budgets, set performance targets, and optimize resource allocation
* build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
* +7 years of experience in operations management, including at least 3 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role
* proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams across multiple locations
* strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
* solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
* excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
* willingness to travel across the region as required
