responsibilities
* lead the quality performance of the project through data collection and determination of root causes, coordinating and directing the cit to ensure quality according to the established standards and requirements of the process and product client.
* updating visual aids of inspections
* lead and update qcp and fmea of your project
* follow-up to customer complaints
* lead project quality week meeting
* follow-up to weekly meetings with the client
* coordinate auditors and quality technicians in the three shifts
* lead continuous improvement projects in the production line (kaizen, green belt, black belt)
* generation of quality reports with the client
* client audit
* follow-up to internal audits
* tracking oba rejections
* yield analysis in production lines
* apply back to results
