Makes maintenance a readiness assessment for programs with plant maintenance managers in order
- to ensure proper preparation of the following (spare parts, organization, training, preventive etc).
- follows action plan with the plants concerning the priority program at risk (new techno for plant) and new plants and
- major extensions.
- supports the plants during difficulties (lack of performance of machines, tool issues, maintenance
- organization problems).
- defines the need to converge: training, external supports, organization changes, spare parts, work
- instruction level 1/2, level 3/4 procedures, machine revamping, core competencies needed
- supports deployment of equipment care methodology (tpm) within perimeter and making workshops.
- provides special focus on plants with difficulties to focus on the right problems.
- trains new employees for e-spare and organize with support of central training plan to see all
- technologies
- commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to faurecia's code of ethics
- and code of management
- maintenance network animation: organize regular workshops in plants; insure good communication
- between maintenance managers.
- gather maintenance lessons learned in the perimeters.

- gather good maintenance work instruction (level 1 2) and maintenance procedure (level 3 4).
- populate tpm server in each language, per technology.

- with support of plant maintenance: using fis standard (if existing), taking advantage of globalization

- check the spare parts list to ensure parts are ordered at right time in each program of the perimeter.
- in coordination with fis central, create for defined techno (to share in different regions), standard
- spare part list, with storage policy (world / region / local)
- promote fis central industrial, connection to e-spare for data upload for missing plants of the perimeter.
