Prepare and ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Cross‐functional leadership:orchestrate and lead work cells with supply chain, finance, marketing, and operations teams to guarantee end‐to‐end fulfillment of customer commitments. Process creation:identify operational gaps and design procedures, communication flows, and inventory or promotional management protocols where none currently exist. Strategic negotiation:lead the joint business plan (jbp) and annual negotiations, aligning the retailer's vision with internal capabilities. Hands‐on mindset:despite being a managerial role, this position requires executing critical tasks directly (template uploads, deep data analysis, field visits) to ensure strategies are successfully implemented. Financial management (p&l):maximize return on investment for trade spend and optimize category profitability. Revenue growth management:ability to maximize investment behind promotional planning. Qualifications ~ bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business. ~5+ years of relevant work experience. ~ proficiency in microsoft office suite (outlook, excel, word, powerpoint, etc.).required skills customer orientation strategic thinking negotiation and influence teamwork planning and organization results orientation preferred skills demonstrated experience building commercial departments or processes from scratch. Proven ability to influence cross‐functional teams without direct reporting lines (matrix leadership). Advanced data analytics applied to sales (retail link, nielseniq, iscam, etc.). Minimum of 5 years of experience working with major clients in modern trade and traditional trade channels (wholesalers and distributors).
