Overview
This role involves the installation, maintenance and support of Parking and People Access Systems.

Responsibilities
- Install new systems and upgrades at customer sites; travel as required (depending on role).
- Perform mechanical, electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting and integration; read schematics and system diagrams; conduct system familiarization and training onsite for end users.
- Provide aid, support, and training to customers in a professional manner; perform equipment inspections and onsite system audits.
- Submit trip reports, timecards and expense reports on time; provide detailed timely follow-up to management, OEMs and customers.
- Maintain and support field service activities, including preventative maintenance and on-site surveys; maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications & requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or technical equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or Computer Systems Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical service roles within automation, electrical systems, access control or CCTV; proven IT and network systems experience; software deployment and hotline support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred in some postings.
- Ability to travel up to 100% depending on assignment; willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Technical proficiency with Windows platforms, MS Office, hardware/software and network troubleshooting; capable of reading electrical drawings and schematics.
- Demonstrated ability to document detailed reports; strong organizational and time-management skills; customer-focused attitude.
Role-specific duties (selected)
- High-level support installations and start-up of new equipment; provide field service across multiple regions.
- Industrial automation tasks including PLC programming (where applicable) and troubleshooting; equipment startup and customer training.
- Coordination of staffing for project delivery; ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols (EHS/Quality).
- Support sales and service delivery with technical input and preparation of accurate reports.
