Country‐level people programs & initiatives sponsor and governhigh‐impact people initiativesat the country level (e.g., young talent programs, back‐to‐office, people campaigns), ensuring consistency, relevance, and measurable impact. Culture, engagement & corporate events own theculture and engagement agenda for mexico, including the governance of key corporate events and cultural initiatives that reinforce values and employee experience. National‐impact people guidelines define and managepeople guidelines with national impact, such as employee transfers, structural changes, and workforce decisions that require strong local judgment and governance. Crisis & emergency response for headquarters. Act as the people lead forcrisis and emergency situations, ensuring employee safety, business continuity, and clear, coordinated communication.
